Sugar Mill is located in close proximity to the Southwest Freeway and bustling Southwest Houston yet still manages to maintain a “small
town atmosphere”. Sugar Mill has long been an attractive neighborhood for buyers who desire the country or small
town feel with a location that is close to the conveniences of the city with all of its amenities.
Sugar Mill has approximately 1,037 lots that are 99% "built out". The subdivision offers homes not only for the first time homebuyer, but for the move-up buyer as well. The prices range from the
